SHIPPING POLICY
All packages are shipped from our home with love and care in a small town in Texas. We ship Monday thru Thursday via USPS ground, priority and express mail because we like to visit our sweet mail ladies! Once your package has been shipped we will email you with your shipping information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Sale items will be considered a final sale and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition as the item, original tags on the item, unworn and unused and in the original packaging. Please do not return items that smell of smoke, or fragrance, with animal hair, that are beyond 30 days of order date or that are final sale. If your return does not meet these requirements your items will be returned to you at your expense. You must request a return within 14 days of your order date and if accepted, have your returned received by us within 30 days of order date. No Exceptions. Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. A $7 restocking fee will be assessed to all returns/exchanges, unless store credit is chosen. You may choose store credit or refund to original payment method in your request. Please not that refunds/credits are for the amount paid on product and not for any shipping and handling charges. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Lollipops Boutique will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Exchanges are processed as returns. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Purchaser is responsible return/exchange shipping costs.
